The Sub-Directorate:  Systems Analysis has developed the User Support System in order to enable users to access the latest versions of the models, user guides, various documentation and the latest information pertaining to the training courses and the Sub-Directorate: Systems Analysis.
This web based User Support System (UseSys) was developed in order to

• Provide a facility to communicate with users electronically and
• To maintain a database of queries and documentation which Users can access.

The main objectives of this are to:

• Maintain User feedback on the software systems
• Enable Users to make suggestions on improvements
• Supply Users with the facility to obtain new releases, documentation and updates on existing software systems
• Inform Users on training and other relevant events
